DONE FOR NOW Accused tried to contact defendant using "technology" CB channel 04; "Rodney Witnessed by; Defendant NOTE: May 7th 2010 cease and desist notice issued by the defendant and received by the accused. 20TH May, 2010. 09.00 pm Accused tried to contact defendant using "technology" CB channel ABC03; "Rodney" Witnessed by; David [last name withheld] aka DaVo 17TH May, 2010. 10.00 pm After defendant moved from "technology" CB channel 03 away to quiet channel 04 the accused followed interfering with the comments such as "Who gives a fuck" and "Shut the fuck I have realised... No-one is ur friend on ere... take u no-where, tell u nothin, no mates......copy
