Just to clear things up my end, there is no court action going on. (yet)
Dimmock was asked by myself to leave me alone. Just because someone talks on a CB, I don't have to talk to them. What happens when Dennis Ferguson gets on, do I have to love him as well? NO! He would be clear on the current situation between he and I, if not, Dimmock, seriously, bookmark www.DavidGaryDimmock.tk and stay out of my life.
I don't know what the hell is going on between you and bandicoot, but I heard you the night you were up at the repeater use me as stick to whack bandicoot with.

Emma, I made peace with Bandicoot weeks ago. Sure he still gives "old mate" Dimmock the time of the day, but so do you. (You're going to see him this weekend play at the Grand Hotel???)
I have to say this next stuff to clear my head and go on record.
Let me see if I'm getting all of this correct so far....here comes the time line approach...
1. There was a time when Emma and her mum (Zero 1) were able to get on radio and talk to each other and others, without being button pushed.
WHAT CHANGED THAT???????
2. About six months ago or so Chucky gets up Emma here at GCCB and at RadioRampage for posting posts with heaps of

leepy4: icons and not much text.3. Animosities build between Emma and Chucky.
4. Emma not understanding how the GCCB site email system worked here at the time, would get on the radio and shoot back at chucky for supposedly sending her emails. (When it was this site automatically sending Emma replys from forum posts...lol...she had cooter teach her the difference since then)
5. Chucky, even after learning Emma was mistaken about how the email thing works, still holds a grudge against Emma for the big onair blue he and her had?
6. cOOter adds a new rule at GCCB that says Emma can post as many

icons as she wants.7. Not to long after this matter Emma and her mother find it hard to use the radio
8. Emma and Zero 1's frustrations from not being allowed to use a public CV over the months build to boiling point.
9. Emma takes a random swing at a Queensland health worker.
Somewhere between the Chucky hates icons thing, and now days, Bandiccot seems to also be on Emma and Zero 1's radar screen.
How and why that happened, I don't know.
Cause and Effects?
If all of this started because of some dumb icon smiles pictures on some dumb ass CB web site, and as the results brought us (I get talked about as well) to this, then I'm really disappointed.
You'll have to admit Emma, most posts you make are hard to understand what the crikey you're going on about. You'll quote a sentence here and there, but no one usually knows who or what your quoting. lol
I seriously can't see why in the beginning Emma posting icons pictures pissed Chucky off so much. I heard Chucky call out to Emma as a "where's the bitch" last night as well.
Can anyone imagine the likes of CB Jesus Noddy or CB God Vince saying such stuff to a female?
Providing I've got most of the above time line correct from all that I hear on ch3 (I have no idea about 08 stuff) I don't care who t is, if I hear anyone calling Emma names on ch3, like a grown man is supposed to do, I will defend her and her mother.

I don't care what you or anyone posts here or how they do it. Of all our members, you're one of the most active that actually makes the time to pop in and let us all know you're "still alive".
Sad to hear you and bandicoot are where ya's are at. I don't listen on and 08 and might have missed other things going on. Others that could be bothered are able to add their side of the story here. Those not current members only need one minute to join...that even goes for you dimmock!
Last night while I was talking to Dom, he said he also heard Zero 1 go off at bandicoot a few months ago. Both he and I were stunned after hearing that. I don't really want to go on about Bandicoot because he deleted his membership here a few months ago and currently can't reply on his own behalf.

I, like may others do, still remember a time not that long ago when Emma and Zero 1 were welcomed radio users. Apart from the icon picture thing and the misunderstanding (on her behalf) argument she had with Chucky, I've seen no other reason to dislike Emma one iota.
Emma, did you ever say sorry to Chucky over the e-mail misunderstanding? He might still be pissed about that? Although, I guess he's never said sorry about what came before that, that might have as a 'cause' put you on the defensive (effect) in the first place ie. the icon pics thing.
My friends forgive each other. My friends aren't perfect. I'm not perfect. My friends aren't cowards that would rather post nameless shit else where, while they have the option right here at GCCB to air things out like grown adults.

Emma copy! Do you get channel 04 ok? While over at Dom's the other night, he Daz and me were chatting about using 04 as a backup to get though.
I usually only have transmittable radios in the mower shed, but I set one up down stairs as well yesterday which will be on most of the time.
You and Zero 1 should be able to get through on 04 without to much hassle from button pushers because 04 is harder to get for those more away from Southport.
