Ok so the battery is slightly larger than a shot gun shell but looks similar

No numbers on it but CE brand    - makes it hard to order replacements...

Funny looking battery, right out of  :dimmock:'s butt plug.

You were never going to get much done with 3.6v and 1.3amp

The cars they expected you to polish are a foot long and found in hobby stores

The first set of lights I did came up beautiful - machine worked great
But it only worked once - next time I got about 5 mins into it and it was flat.

Oh well, thankyou chinese manufacturers    for creating more landfill....

Hey  even:

Why don't you try and repack that battery pack with decent cells?


I used to get Battery World on Smith street to repack laptop battery packs for me back in the day, they did a good job and not too pricey.

If you want to try it yourself, I put the packs in a vyce and tap along the welded seam with a tack hammer, they usually crack right open.

Or alternately you could rig up a 4 volt power supply and cord up the tools butt and use it that way
