When  :dimmock: (aka The Hustler) was younger he would annoy
the fuck out of people on 27mhz as well.

Here he's being dealt with for blocking the emergency channel.
(scene from the Citzen Band movie)

His mother's response is funny. Thanks Mrs Susan Dimmock.

Come on now, our Bulldog is much more handsome  Love7

Sitting here thinking on a slow Sunday arvo.
I was about to wipe Win7 and install XP on my new Dell 780.

Just made a macrium (free backup software) image of Win7 in case I have trouble getting all XP drivers for the 780.

7gb image back up done in just 2.34 minutes  Debilos-1
I did it twice to make sure...poop, same outcome.

This is very fast for me. Usually 7+ minutes with XP on the same old sata hard drives.

780 boots to Win7 (only the 32bit version) in 32 seconds, even with AVG, ASC and 'Private Firewall' installed. (I'm used to 90 seconds)

I might keep Win7 a bit longer.  Sad5

I'm pretty sure my workshop computer is a Dell OptiPlex 780.
They aren't bad, pretty robust and pretty quick for what they are.

Mines a bit simple in the head though, it wont remember the BIOS settings, and no, a new battery doesn't fix it  Smoking

Windows 10 runs rather well on mine, you should try it.

Well, I have the cluttered desk, I guess that's a start!

Settle down now there big fella.  Grandpa
I only just bought my first googlie spyphone last month. This WIN7 stuff is scary enough  Debilos-1

Only 780 draw back so far is the limited hard drive bays.
I had to remove the dvd player to fit a second sata. (third going in when i get a power splitter)
Makes the front look ugly, but I'll get over it after some more cheap grapes.

My favorite 'Sunbelt' firewall won't work on WIN7, so I'm putting my trust in 'Private Firewall'
If I get busted for using a pirate copy of Photoshop (etc), I'll know WIN7 is the work of the  :dimmock:

Loving the icon slider as well. I'll be able to see what the frick I'm looking at, at 3am in the morning while comfortably pissed.

Guy has a dozen more. I might get another one for a spare.
