sent some footage to 9 news yesterday they played it on the 5:30 news was a car crash on Scarborough street. reporter  Crab

Crab  reporting live from the scene of what sounds like an EMERGENCY!!

pity the repeater is broken - may have been able to alert emergency services quicker....

An Emer Gency

yea i think 5 rep is still working i can pick it up sometimes in the car driving around.......monitoring the emergency channel for possible emergencies

the paramedic was like can you traffic control because there were no police that showed up, this one old bat was so keen to get past the crash but couldn't she had the shits real bad, all she had to do was reverse 2 metres and go the other way but nope she wasn't havin it. She stayed there for about 5 mins then gave up.

channel 5 is working but is way too hard to access on UHF anymore
I can only get to it sometimes even on full power  :russell:

Just checked the ACMA data base.

I knew he was going to let 03 go, but he hasn't even paid up for 05

Both repeaters are listed as expired.

I wonder why nice Gary would even do that on channel 05?

The whole Gold Coast is now clear of that 20km rule.

Just need some gear, a site and what ever the bloody fee is to get something running for
