The hoax videos that have been going around have a bird as well..
but the frequency of the noise in the original is slightly higher in pitch, as is the bird.

The tone in the video   posted is lower, thus the bird tone is also lower.

I'm guessing this guy took the original Ukraine Kiev audio, slowed it down, which makes the pitch LOWER
and is playing it from a bluetooth speaker just out of sight on the roof there,
thus why all seems legit when he opens and shuts the window.

On a serious note, I tracked down the awful noise keeping many awake.

Only a brave person with much free time would dare sit through
3 mins and 25 seconds of Yoko Ono. I was paralyzed after 59 seconds.
