That bucket of dog excrement Paul Assclown was on crying tonight about supposed stalking.

Truth is, Assfellow believes his ass hole mate Gus has the right to abuse and
threaten people on the CB without repercussion from the law.

Left to the ACMA, they would never find the turd as they are Brisbane based and
aren't going to drive down (280km round trip) on the odd sporadic nights here and there when Gus gets
drunk as a fuck breaking the law.

All that happened the other night was a general starting location was confirmed.
Palm Beach isn't a big place. Gus himself over the years has said himself he's there.

Should Gus (or what ever his fucking name is) carry on threatening people over
the air, a formal complaint will be sent from myself. (that's not to say others haven't already made complaints)

As we all know, Ivan and I don't see eye to eye on a few things. (he likes telling me whom my friends are)

The last six weeks or so Ivan's dropped his infamous "You all take it up the ass with no vas" for another
gay mating call every three minutes (more often when Dimmock stimulates him) or so that
sounds like "cootie cootie cooties".

Funny how Ivan doesn't like being harassed on the radio, but supposedly it's OK for him to do it to others.

Group punishment is what it amounts to.

It's not me he's harassing every few minutes with his childish drivel.

There are folks out there that are sick of hearing it, and are either turning their radios off, and or down.

I went to point that out today, and some ass hole tried to key me out with a poorly disguised voice.

The voice was Raymond Gower.

After exposure to light, Gower in his best 'mad as hell' voice, flipped on the poor persecuted victim switch claiming I called him out.

Raymond, all I did was spot and name an imbecile (you) that was tag teaming with two (Dimmock as well) imbeciles.

Ray, I'm only on a little 6db vertical still - I have Dave's evil twins on the bench being fixed this week.

Ivan, there are a lot of good people that have never done you any harm, but are turning their radios either off
or down because of your childish gibbering.

David (Jack) and Paul (Whitehouse) acted the same with me years ago - then on 27mhz
Raymond Gower scolded David (and indirectly Whitehouse as well) for the UHF gibbering.

ACMA investigation leads to destruction of radios and fines

A Sydney man has been fined $3,000 and ordered to forfeit valuable radio equipment that he had been using to make overpowered transmissions. The defendant pleaded guilty to two charges of unlawful possession of a radiocommunications device under the Radiocommunications Act 1992. He appeared at the Downing Centre Local Court, Sydney, on Tuesday, 27 January 2015.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority last year investigated allegations that the defendant used overpowered equipment to transmit on the Citizen Band Radio Service in the Sydney area. The ACMA had previously warned the defendant about using overpowered radiocommunications equipment to transmit on the Citizen Band Radio Service.

Citizen Band (CB) radios operate under a class licence system in Australia. The class licence includes the condition that transmissions must not exceed five watts. Exceeding five watts may interfere with transmissions of other legitimate users of the service.

The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions charged the defendant with two counts of unlawful possession of a radiocommunications device. The ACMA can sell items that are forfeited under the Act. In this case, as the radios are nonstandard devices that do not comply with Australian requirements, the radios will be destroyed.

‘This conviction is a logical outcome and reinforces the point that continued non-compliance will not be tolerated,’ said Mark Loney, the ACMA’s Executive Manager for Spectrum Operations and Services.

Citizen Band radios are permitted to be operated by any person in Australia for recreational or domestic purposes, or in connection with work or business, provided the person complies with the Radiocommunications (Citizen Band Radio Stations) Class Licence 2002.

The unlicensed use of a radiocommunications device is an offence under the Radiocommunications Act 1992. More information about radiocommunications interference is available here.
