That would have came in handy for the next summer believe me,  you may wanna get it going, you still have heaps of time!      Tears

LED panel works, but pushing stuff doesn't get the motor going anymore.
I'd say a sensor is playing up and telling the rest of it to have a holiday  Dontknow

Is it Friday yet. Been in NSW all day tip shop hunting with the old cheese and I is worn out.

NSW have good tip shops still. Bloody shambles in Qld.

Nap time.  Grandpa

I used to like Spitfires until I found out they were used to mow down
woman and children in the aftermath of Dresden "City of Children" holocaust.

Come on  Wood_chop, Spitfires were like old bicycles...Germans had jet engines.

How about a ride in a Horten Ho 229?

That's the sort bargain I wish was around when I was younger. The thought of a neat soldering iron for that price!

I still have the "soldering irons" my grandfather lovingly bought me when I was a youngun' about 10 years old.

They consist of a pyramid shaped lump of copper on a rod with a wooden handle, you bung 'em in the fire or on the stove element, which of course is what I did much to my mum's disgust.

The term "plumbers iron" doesn't do them justice  Tears

My parents then bought me an aussie made Scope iron and transformer, still have that too. Cost MUCH more than that Aldi iron though, so had to be bought in 2 parts the iron first as a birthday pressie, which I couldn't actually use until my chrissie pressie the transformer came along  Tears

And yes I know about the German jets, Hitler didn't want to use them, probably just as well, but the Spitfire WON the Battle of Britain, besides cooter all sides of every war do unspeakable acts. its the nature of humans and war, sad but true, lucky not all of us are warlike dummies.

While I'm here, still no word from the ACMA yet.  Desk_mic

I'm led to believe that you may never get an answer from the ACMA. Since Abbott has been in power their funding has been cut to a trickle and jobs lost.

They have more than enough work looking after emergency services and the like for the staff left, so anything that isn't of a life threatening or money loosing nature is on the WAY back burner, which probably doesn't work anymore  Tears

These look a lot like the irons my grandad bought me
