Will they take 3.7v 14500 AA's?
I bought 4 not realising the torch I got needs only 1 at a time.
, because they're the same size as a 1.5v AA, I've been trying to blow stuff around here today with them.

I have more than a suspicion that they would be the first "pop" victim if we were to bung those cells into them!

Now here is yet another reason to get cranky over the loss of our recycling shop down the road.
Washing machine chucked a sad today, so I investigate, found nylon gears in planetary gearbox for the agitator stripped of their teeth. 3 lousy little gears.
Searched around, no spares available.
Back in the day, a trip down the road and $10 later Id have a whole washer home for spares. Not now though, we have to send it all over to those poor little Chinese people to turn them back into Great Wall shitboxes that put Holden out of business in spite of them having no safety standards to speak of.
So I've stripped the old Hitachi, made in Japan washer of any goodies and tomorrow it will end up in landfill. It could have been fixed with a coupla dollars worth of little gears, but not any more.
New washer coming tomorrow.
Oh well.

Haha Yeeeeah that sucks. That little shop there was gold and had some good shit, and a ton of spare crap too. Its a real shame its gone but we all know why and that anything good and useful gets taken away or shut down! :mumum:
Where is that poof Cooterrrr..
