For me to believe in "miracles" there would need to be at least the merest shred of scientific proof.
Like for example the bloke who was crushed by the truck, a before scan of his intestines and an after would be a good start, after all he says they magically doubled in size.
For me to believe Id need to see the many suffering people in this world shown some relief from their "god"
It just doesn't happen, no matter which "god" they pray to.
Sad but true, the human brain is hard wired to believe in a higher being or "god", it used to be the Sun, but that was perverted and distorted into several other "gods" to fill the pockets of the greedy and the lazy.
Sadly, for me at least, I see religion in general to cause more pain and death than the lack of it.
