I got in there a bit late - both stages were pretty much empty...   Crybaby2

Luckily I found the Liars Bar aka Broadbeach tavern where I experienced The Mason Rack Band

They have been around for years but its the first time I have actually seen them live

Director    WOW!!! THEY FUCKEN ROCK!!!!    Bass Band

I will probably get back in there tomorrow night to see em again...

Nothing special about what they do but they do it VERY well  Thumbsup

I checked my blues wall and had forgotten I went to the 'East Coast Blues' event a number of years ago. Not sure what year or what location as all that stuff has been on the wall for 20+ years.

The 'Canned Heat' news clip (they were blues, not rock) above it was about 1994. (same year as the BB King concert I went to) There's me as sober as an old blood hound, yet so full of excitement I took my Honer blues harp and stood front stage blowing along with them .. in hindsight .. in the wrong key.

P.O.S Ivan got all jealous and and spent $400 (good beginners ones $99) on a new acoustic guitar  ... too only give up a week later and sell it before even having one lesson .. yet he gets on (a channel he's not welcome on) the radio last night and pays out Bulldog's playing again.
