1. the same PC I always use
2. the correct email login
3. the correct password

... those pricks tried to tell me today that I'm not the real account holder and that I should enter the sign up mobile phone number I used back in 2011. I don't have that number anymore, and I don't remember what it was.

They only got my old number back then because I wanted to upload videos longer than 15 minutes.

I've had like five or six throw away Aldi sim cards / numbers since 2011.

Plan B .. they send a 6 digit code to my email address. OK, all good, I got the code, typed it into their login screen, then it says I'm not verified, even through the fucking 6 digit code used was sent to my email address just minutes earlier.  

Farking turds - they cant simply send me an email with a password reset fricking button for some reason. Not that my password is wrong though.

Their help forum is fucked. It's left to other members of the public to answer others questions.

I have monetized videos in this account that I can't get to now.

We really going to have a future with this fucked up company driving cars autonomously via GPS around our roads? Image loosing your car login details in the future. You'll never get any fricking help.

Let this be a lesson. NEVER use the "2 step" verification process with those turds, as in the future shit like this might happen to you.
