Just cooking up some native australian fauna....
![]() The roo I used to buy (available from the big 2 and previously from IGA)was marinated in Herb and Garlic - now, our favourite marsupial (second only to the koala) on its own tastes like :dimmockturd: - tough and with the strong flavour of game/rodent however with the marinade and cooked well done is delicious...... IGA now gets its roo from a different supplier - with pepper berry marinade and not much of it AND AT $30/KG!!!!????!!! I started buying roo cos it was cheap.... :deskmic: I added salt & pepper and worcestershire sauce - turned out ok but I prefer the old version.... :russell:
I had that brain dead :vasfag: on the other channel tonight speaking shit at me again.
Supposedly I was out driving behind him last night. It (not a he) then went on to claim I kicked in his cars panels. I haven't been for a drive since Friday arvo. Last night was date night with the mutts (image below) and me mudda watching some movies. I'd say :vasfag: has lost the plot, but has he ever had the plot? Bushie, that boiling rat sludge doesn't look appealing at all. Dry it off, clean white plate it up with some colorful green, red, orange veg and you might fool a broke bloke me to waste that much money on over grown rat. :russell:

That was the early stages of cooking -
it dried up when the rodent meat absorbed the worcestershire pepper juice... Eaten straight from the pan teppanyaki style.... Colourful vegies ? Thats too hard for this new roo experiment..... I will have to visit one of the evil 2 s next week see if I can get the old rodent packs...
