You gotta get yourself some batteries and store them away like water bottles, charge em up with the sun, assuming the sun is currently behaving itself! I have been collecting deep cylcle batteries for a while, but I foget to keep 'em charged so they screw up, going to make me a desulfator when I next go into the skunkworks. Got a cheapo gennie off e-bay not working, fixed her up with an old cappie out of a washing machine, works great now, 1200 watts and 4 stroke, not one of those Chinese 2 stroke crap things :mumum: my collection of radios, along with my other 'necessary' technology, like computers, the fridge, and the tellie will now work off line. Oh and ages back I bought 2 Jaycar pure sinewave 2500 watt invertors too, bought 2 so I could make 1 out of the 2, got 'em for 20 bucks assumed not working as they are customer returns, but as always there is the ID 10 T error, so they probably work
