I'm pretty sure my workshop computer is a Dell OptiPlex 780.
They aren't bad, pretty robust and pretty quick for what they are.
Mines a bit simple in the head though, it wont remember the BIOS settings, and no, a new battery doesn't fix it
Windows 10 runs rather well on mine, you should try it.
