Its not easy, you call it sucking up but what am i to do. Block him out every time he gets on channel in which HE will react by holding the button down (like yesterday) which results in nobody using the channel. Or let him through and respond to him which allows people to get through and join in and talk. It is a big problem in which i know no solution. ??????
