Starten to get sick of Cruntfellow blocking the truth, so I finally pulled down the mast today.


Didn't notice when the yagi went up last time, but there was a fricking giant entry way for bull ants.



16 element I got off DaVo for free - made by that Victorian knob on eBay.

Seems bull ants like aluminum. All their soggy piss and shit filled the lower half of the dipole.
Corrosion was starting to set it as well. (Gus knows all about that)
Evicted the ants and blocked the large hole - back to 1.2 on the SWR meter now. (was 3.5)

I'm not sticking the Cruntfellow crusher 16 element back up.

I'm going to take my time, copy the 16 element dipoles, and get David Dimmock's old twin back up.
