Id hazard a guess and say run it at 13.8 volts, and bung less than 4 watts into the front end, assuming there's no input attenuator in the thing.
I do see an antenna switching relay though.
Id expect you'll need a rather hefty power supply capable of 40 amps or more.
And Id pay little attention to "power" figures for some amps, they are often like "watts" quoted for car amplifiers, IE a load a rubbish.
If you don't have any test gear to monitor the output and the current drawn, err on the side of caution, as you'll only draw attention to yourself quicker if you are putting out a distorted and crappy signal.
Make sure you cable, connectors, connections and antenna are up to the power as well, I certainly wouldn't want to be anywhere near that thing when its wick is wound up!

Running Andrews LMR 400 in the shack into a 3 element flat top , and a sirio gain master witch I wouldn't run power into, just the flat top ,you might of seen the other videos I have up on YouTube so plenty of radios to try it out on , have a 1 kilowatt meter so on the weekend I will fire the old girl up ,also run ferrite clips on all coax and power connections , the 2879's are class ab so should produce a clean signal ,not interested in using it on AM just SSB ch 38
