I'm led to believe that you may never get an answer from the ACMA. Since Abbott has been in power their funding has been cut to a trickle and jobs lost.
They have more than enough work looking after emergency services and the like for the staff left, so anything that isn't of a life threatening or money loosing nature is on the WAY back burner, which probably doesn't work anymore
