Those dipoles I've been waiting on for the last 7 months are supposedly ready all of a sudden after leaving a review on Peninsula Wireless's Gumtree page... http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-view-details...1016632930
Truth gives Andy at Peninsula Wireless & Electronic Repairs, butt hurt.
All of a sudden he found my email and sent this little gem...
Well how could I resist such wonderful customer service...

Quote:Sent him a dipole that he said he could copy, but he never did the job or got back to me. Won't answer his emails. Now I have a useless antenna.

Quote:Hey Gday ,got your dipoles here ...they have been ready for about a year ...i got your address so i can post them,or i can book an air ticket and deliver them fair up your ass ..let me know easy either way

Quote:Ow look, you still have my email on file (so no excuse for nil contact) and finally replied. It's only been 6 months. It's amazing what shinning sanitising sunshine onto a problem does. I hear Whirlpool.com is a great place to do reviews as well.
Workshop fire, or broken welder hold up this time?
Items ready for a whole "year" you say? Resorting to telling lies now? Maybe the workshop fire and broken welder excuses were lies as well?
I'll update my Gumtree review.
You want to invade my anus? Fair trading and the police take a dim view on threats of violence and rape from business's. I'll send them a review shall I? What's you ABN?
Be a good boy and post my old dipole back the way I sent it.
The yagi it came off is a loaner from my friend that's bought from you before. The 16 element you sold him is a coat hanger now. Two welds have broken. Free tip, drill holes through the boom and weld the tubes inside. A child could have done a better TIG job.
You have a nice day, Andy.
Kind regards,
Dissatisfied Customer.
PS: I posted this review follow up on my CB site as well. Wonderful thing about the internet and keyword search spiders -- they trawl and display results globally.
