Digging through the ACMA law about CBRS right now.

Seems CH07 is in breach for using a real female voice ident.
Section 37: It has to be "morse" or a "synthesised voice".

As for ABC03...

Section 34: Continuous use of a CBRS repeater station

            34.   (1)    The licensee must operate a CBRS repeater station in a manner that provides a continuously available service to a user.

            (2)   However, the licensee must not operate the station, or continue to transmit from the station, if:

            (a)   there is a malfunction in the station; or

            (b)   the operation of the station causes harmful interference to a service provided by another station.

Anyone know where to find the time limit information?


            36.   The licensee must not impose any charge or penalty, or ask for payment of any kind, for the use of a CBRS repeater station.

Doesn't say Gary cant accept offered donations though. I've got $50 for him. Rat Trap offered $50 and DaVo one million.

  Yeah its not even working half the time now as well, but its not switched off either its kinda in Limbo!    Ch.3 is "no.6" on the big G,s list so dunno if its money related delay but its been too long that is for sure.

- What date did ABC03 become faulty.

Check your phone DaVo for the first time you called Grevis.
Log that date here. This is an open public matter and needs to be
handled publicly.

From Grevis's own mouth, that site was given to him by the ACMA
on the proviso he kept the pre-existing CBRS 05 emergency channel running.

- Anyone know who ran that site before Grevis?

The owner of that land needs to be established.

If it's Crown land, then it's up for grabs as Grevis hasn't...
-  Complied with the Emergency CBRS 05 requirement.
- ABC03 being on the blink for two months.

Providing it's crown land, he needs to be reminded that site isn't his, and
his business use of that site will be at risk if he doesn't stop fucking around.

If it's a matter of money, he's been told we will help. The law doesn't say donations are forbidden.

If it turns out to be crown land, and Grevis fucks around too long, I'm going to see to it that he and
his commercial operation are evicted from the site.

We have the money, gear and brains to step in and take over the site.

He probably assumes differently, thus taking his sweet time about it all.

 Yeah first time i called Gary was 22/04/14.     Even if your a busy person you would still have time to organise and conduct repairs in this amount of time surely ??  

  Gary. G goes way way back so doubt anyone would know who was operating before him, people who would have known have most likely passed away.
