completely worn out - not roadworthy, very unsafe for use on your vehicle and no longer works in the mud
however suitable uses may include, and are not limited to : -
plant surround
childs swing
throw it at :dimmock:
put some glass over it and rest beers on it in the mancave
or just a pretty garden ornament on its own
