posted is lower, thus the bird tone is also lower.
I'm guessing this guy took the original Ukraine Kiev audio, slowed it down, which makes the pitch LOWER
and is playing it from a bluetooth speaker just out of sight on the roof there,
thus why all seems legit when he opens and shuts the window.
